For monthly subscription plans, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
After the initial 7-day period, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
For annual subscription plans, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
After the initial 14-day period, annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription, less a 15% administrative fee. The prorated refund will be calculated from the date the refund request is received.

One-time purchases of digital educational materials (e.g., specialized courses, downloadable resources) are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the content has not been downloaded or accessed.
Once digital materials have been downloaded or accessed, they are non-refundable due to their digital nature.
Custom development work, specialized training sessions, or other customized services are non-refundable once work has begun on the project. For projects that have not yet started, cancellations may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and project planning.
